Late & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is set for you.Should you be late for your appointment your steaming session will be shortened because we have to be courteous to the clients scheduled after you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a 24 hour notice by calling/ texting 510-338-4261 or emailing otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. Should you cancel Paypal does charge a $1.04 per person Cancellation fee.
